Today I am sharing MY personal experience with H4 Training in Geneva, IL.
Several weeks ago, I received a referral through Instagram for a complimentary training package to H4 and boy am I glad I got that message. I was in a physical funk for a while and desperately needed a boost and a change. That DM couldn’t have come at a better time and the rest is history, as they say.
