I will preface this by saying, this is NOT an all-inclusive resort but it gave off that type of vibe. Also, this is not a sponsored post and all of the reviews are my own opinions and from my personal experiences.
We found this resort during spring break while trying to escape bad weather at our original destination, Destin. There were tornadoes and severe weather warnings around Destin, Florida, so we had to quickly cancel and rebook our trip to a warmer, safer area. Hollywood, Florida, seemed like the perfect choice.
The Diplomat Beach Resort was everything and more.
We have never been to Hollywood, Florida, and it was a delightful and unexpected surprise. The weather was absolutely wonderful, basking in the warm sunshine with a gentle breeze, and the location was conveniently situated between the vibrant cities of Miami and Ft. Lauderdale, which is ideal for accessing a variety of flight options. The resort, while located a little south of the bustling main Hollywood Beach and the charming Broadwalk area, is not within walking distance, yet it provides a peaceful retreat from the nearby hustle. The hotel does offer complimentary parking with in-and-out privileges, making it easy to explore the surrounding attractions. Additionally, guests can take advantage of FREE bike rentals, allowing for a leisurely ride along the scenic beachside pathways, enhancing the overall experience of this coastal gem.
Here is why I think this resort gives off the all-inclusive vibes. Besides breathtaking ocean views and modern design, The Diplomat offers:

The Diplomat Beach Resort in Hollywood, Florida, was truly amazing for our family of four, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment. It had everything we needed on-site, from multiple dining options featuring diverse cuisines to a beautiful pool area that our kids adored, or within proximity of the hotel, making our daily adventures a breeze. The beach was just steps away, allowing for spontaneous sun-soaked afternoons filled with beach games, sandcastles building and beautiful walks on the beach. I especially loved the convenience of the Publix grocery store across the street, where we could easily stock up on snacks and essentials for our family adventures, ensuring we had everything we needed for a memorable stay.
One of my favorite features of our stay was the buffet breakfast, which truly stood out as a highlight of our experience. This delightful amenity was included as part of our package, and it saved us so much time in the mornings, allowing us to maximize our vacation without the hassle of searching for breakfast elsewhere. The food was not only plentiful but also incredibly delicious, with a wide array of options ranging from fresh fruits and pastries to hearty hot dishes and made-to-order omelets. I also cannot say enough about the staff and their exceptional service; they were all top-notch throughout the resort, greeting us with warm smiles and attentive care, ensuring that our dining experience was as enjoyable as possible. Each morning, it felt like a lavish feast, and we eagerly anticipated our meals, making it a delightful routine to start our day energized and satisfied.
If you are looking for a beautiful and relaxing family vacation, I highly suggest you look into The Diplomat Beach Resort.
