People often say that if you want to raise a happy, healthy, well-behaved child, the secret lies in fostering a close bond with them. However, this could prove to be difficult, especially for parents who have to balance a full-time job and other responsibilities. As a parent, you always strive towards teaching your kids to be more organized, polite, responsible, etc. But, it would be best if you made it a point to also relate with them and not treat them like a project you need to perfect.

Quarantine Summer Plans
We are officially on summer break and most of you are finishing up as well. But with so many summer camps, pools and vacation spots still closed and possibly for the entire summer, we have to be creative. We have to find unique ways to keep the kids and ourselves entertained. Not for the entire summer, but at least for some of the days.

Hello, hello!
Last week we received two big black garbage bags of school supplies at our door step. Don’t worry, it wasn’t a prank. It was just our kids leftover school supplies.
Since we weren’t allowed back in school, the teachers packed up all of the kids stuff and dropped them off. Sad but convenient.
Now what?
Well, we cleaned up what we could. Saved what was salvageable for next year and tossed everything that was broken. Except the crayons. Those, we…
