Easy & healthy smoothie combinations

We just came back from our annual Caribbean vacation and it was wonderful. We played, we rested, we walked on the beach for hours, watched some awesome shows, drank fun cocktails and ate tons of delicious food. But now my system is all messed up and I need vitamins, soups and smoothies to get my body back on track.

Here is a quick list of my go to healthy smoothie recipes.

First let me remind the ladies that by our early 30s we start to loose the natural amount of proteins in our body. That is why it is extremly important to incorporate the right balance of proteins in our diets. Collagen is a glow-getting protein that makes 40% of our proteins. If added to your daily smoothies, shakes, coffee or even soups you will not only support your muscles, bones and joins but your skin and hair will be much smoother as well.

All of the following recipes include a scoop of gluten free, Keto friendly, high quality blend of cage free chicken, grass fed bovine, marine collagen, eggshell and bone broth. It is a concentrated multi collagen that can be found at www.wellnessplease.com

I love to follow the 5-5-5 rule. Less than 5 ingredients, 5 minutes and 5 steps. They are not only delicious but full of goodness and can be prepared ahead of time as well

Enjoy!
