If there is one thing we can do during these trying times, is be more grateful and kind.
Be more appreciative of the things that we DO have versus focusing on everything that we currently DON’T have. I want to shift the focus even if it’s just for a few minutes a day.
Starting with 30 acts of kindness.
WHAT ACT OF KINDNESS DID YOU DO TODAY?
Here is what I created for our kids. They both have a printout in their rooms and they get to choose which act they will do each day. No questions asked. Once they are all done, we will do something special as a family and maybe exchange a small gifts as well.

Love this. We are keeping a journal of 5 things they are grateful for in the next 30 days.
That is a great idea as well ♡
