I try to live by the mantra: do whatever makes YOU feel good. But if you don’t know where to start. Here is a list.
Not just any list. There are plenty of those around. Some that make me question why taking a shower is on them but THIS list, is a list of unique ways to take care of yourself. Ways that you MAY NOT have thought of. Things that you wouldn’t usually do but can make a big difference in your day.
ADVICE: Download it, set it as your wallpaper and reference regularly. However, once you establish a routine, you can make your own list.

Self care is so important. Love your list, so many great ideas. I love to grab a coffee, turn on the music and go for a ride. ❤️
That’s actually my fav. A drive, sunshine, coffee ♡
I like that your focus is on what makes YOU happy. There is so much out there now re: self care ( which is great!) but a lot of this doesn’t apply to me – isn’t my cup of tea. I need to just ask myself what would make ME happy and relaxed. Last weekend I went to Ulta and that really made me smile. I just need to work more on what works for me.
That’s it. You have to make it about YOU. And if Ulta makes you happy – do it more often ♡
