Holiday Gift Guide: preteen & teen boys 2025
I can't believe it's that time of year again. How did that happen so fast?
But it's time to start planning and shopping for holiday gifts. Aiming to find the perfect presents that will light up their faces. And nothing stresses me out more than shopping for boys. I feel like they are so simple, often expressing their desires in straightforward ways, but sometimes, they can be surprisingly elusive with their interests. I asked my 12-year-old and the internet, what boys are into these days, hoping to uncover insights that could guide my choices, and here are the most popular answers: from the latest footwear and video games to sports gear and room decor, these trends reflect the ever-changing landscape of what captures their attention and excitement.
- Birkenstocks clogs - A natural-cork and latex footbed ensures proper weight distribution and support in a comfy clog designed to stimulate circulation and improve balance.

- Birkenstocks sandals - An iconic sandal is set on a softer-than-ever, shock-absorbing footbed with an extra layer of plush foam cushioning that mimics the shape of the foot.

- Quick play rebounder - The QUICKPLAY Replay Station is a 4-in-1 training tool that enhances passing accuracy, ball control, and techniques through dual-angle and surface settings.

- Hoodies - Comfy popover hoodie in a soft fleece fabric with embroidered icon at left chest, front pouch pocket, ribbed hem and thumbholes at cuffs. We have several different colors and styles of A&F hoodies and they wash so well + last a long time.

- Sweatpants - Easy-to-wear joggers in a cozy fleece fabric. Featuring side-slit pockets, drawstring waist, embroidered elevated icon detail and banded cuffs. My son has 6 of these and they are his favorite. Comfortable and washes really well.

- LEGO sets - Developed in sports racing and perfected for the road, BMW motorcycles have captured motorsport fans' hearts. Now you can enjoy a mindful build crafting the LEGO 42130 Technic BMW M 1000 RR motorcycle with this model kit. But it can be any LEGO set that is within your kids interest.

- Cologne - my son has these two colognes and he loves them. His friends have talked about them too.

- Heavy duty memory foam chair - We have this chair and it has been amazing for relaxing or when friends come over. This bean bag sofa has been ergonomically designed in order to provide adequate support to the user, better fitting the curves of the shoulders, back, waist, hips and legs of the human body. The curved structure of the fireside beanbags chair is like an embrace that holds you in.

- Nike socks - I don't even have to say a thing! Boys and socks don't mix well and you can never have enough socks!

- Gum - we go through packs and packs of gum. So trust me when I say, add this to the list.

- Weight lifting equipment - this is the time when boys like to dabble with working out. Adding a smaller weight set to their room or your workout area, will be much appreciate.

- Wireless headphones - Wireless gaming headset that unleashes cutting-edge immersion and untethered freedom. With 2.4GHz gaming grade wireless and unmatched audio technology, they'll be able to play anywhere and conquer everywhere. We also have these and they are great!

Until next time, happy shopping and check out some of my other gift guides from prior years here.
