Breaking up with summer

It is a bitter sweet moment for this mom. On one hand, I feel like this summer was way too short. On another, I know they need school. BUT – would two more weeks at home really make a difference? Eh, we will never know.

But what we do know is how to have fun.

In partnership with Kidzlane, I bring to you Light Up Dance Mat!

You’ve seen these dance games at the arcades. It is definitely a favorite for my kids. So having one in the house made all the sense. It comes with built in music but the best part is you can link it via Bluetooth and dance to your favorite songs. Kids had a blast last night.

Step, hop and jump onto the blinking arrows and learn a new move while at it. Follow the beat of its’ built-in music, or connect your own fave song via AUX or BLUETOOTH. A well- padded dance surface & large light-up arrows make this the perfect activity from toddler to adult.

I didn’t even realize what a nice workout this would be. With various game modes and levels, it brought out the competitive side from all of us. We sure danced our way out of summer and into the new school year.

Grab one for your kids or as a gift. This would make a fantastic addition to any classroom as well. But FYI the holiday season is just around the corner…keep that in mind too πŸ˜‰

Wishing all of the kiddos a fun and successful year at school and to all of the teachers, good luck!

x, Dijana
