Starting Over with Persona Nutrition

Hey friends.

This year has been challenging in so many ways. For some more than others. But for me, personally, it has been daunting both mentally and physically. And after eight (8) long months of quarantine and isolation, my body and my mind needed a fresh start. A reboot if you will.

While it’s not over by any means, a reset was much needed. So I changed a few things.

Check out all about my journey and how @PersonaNutrition is helping push me along.

Starting Over with Persona Nutrition.

What is Persona and how does it work?

Persona Nutrition is a 28-day supply of vitamins and supplements that are personalized to your specific needs.

You start with a FREE assessment. A quick, 5 minute, and simple quiz of your life and daily routines and you are on your way to a better you.

Based on your answers, they will create a plan and recommend supplements for your needs.

Once you pick the supplements and plan you want, they will ship a box directly to you. They come in these wonderfully prepackaged, individually wrapped vitamin packs. Easy to manage, easy to remember and easy to take.

You can download their app and set reminders, adjust your vitamins as needed as well as contact your nutritionist. Help and guidance is available at your finger tips.

What makes Persona different?

Persona is different because I have a guide. A back up of nutritionists who, based on my routine and history, recommended supplements to enhance my every day life. Their monthly membership gives me direct access to my personal nutritionist – Gabi Kim (see below); who calls me, emails me and helps me stay on track.

How is their quality?

I can honestly say, that Persona is more than a multivitamin. Their supplements are made with proven ingredients—tested and tested again to ensure they deliver the very best every day.

They are science-backed and their plans are designed by team of doctors and leading health experts to bring us only the best.

How do you feel?

Prior to starting Persona, I was really starting to feel lazy and useless. Which is so not like me. I was tired all of the time. I was edgy and snappy. All I wanted to do was sit on the couch and eat and not be bothered.

But I noticed that some of my friends were using Persona vitamins. They shared and raved about how they felt so I looked into it too. The reviews were fantastic but their history and processes drew me in.

I signed up almost immediately.

So here we are, 3 weeks of taking Persona and I feel good.

But don’t get me wrong. The first few days, I didn’t feel too much of a difference. The first 2 nights, however, I noticed that I was sleeping much, much better. Which made my mood in the mornings better. So by end of week 1, my energy shifted too. I wasn’t as grouchy, I wasn’t as lazy and I wasn’t snacking all day long. I knew it was working and it was exactly what I needed.

I have about 5 supplements in my morning pack and another 5 in my evening pack. I only take about 4 each day/ night. I switch it up based on how I feel that day. Sometimes I take the melatonin and some nights I skip it. Some mornings I take my ginger, other mornings I don’t. And that’s the beauty of Persona. I am still figuring out which ones I need and which ones I can skip for next month.

Just keep in mind, you should never take more than 8 or 9 vitamins per day.

What is the cost & do you have a discount code?

The cost varies based on what you include in your personalized order. But the supplements range between $1-3 per day and I have a 30% off code for you! 30% off a two month subscription and all you have to do is follow this link: https://bit.ly/2HoSy1d

So in conclusion: if you don’t mind paying a tad more to feel amazing, know exactly what goes into your body, and receive personalized support and supplement packs, then this is for you. Give them a try and let me know what you think.

Stay safe and stay healthy.
